On May 28, 2024, Ms. Fatma THABET CHIBOUB, the Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy, as well as Ms. Jacqueline Groth, the head of German Cooperation in Tunisia, came to the Inauguration Ceremony of the CETTEX - Centre Technique du Textile's new available #Chemical & #Toxicological OpenLab (running since January 2024).

#CETTEX, who is the exclusive laboratory partner of #CTI in #Tunisia is now positioning as a complete #ISO17025 accredited laboratory set up for #leather and #textile, being able to run #performance, #toxicology, and #chemical testing, but having same #Turkish competitiveness level in term of pricing. #CTIPartner

In addition, CETTEX in its goal to become one of the major key actors in #sustainability and #environment will have the laboratory electricity supply with full solar panel system to manage its testing activity, and to answer to Europeans retailers wishing to reduce its #CarbonFootprint in the textile industry.
