As the global economic landscape undergoes profound changes, the third-party TIC industry is becoming an important technical support force for building a new development landscape. As a pioneer in China's third-party TIC industry, CTI has always been guided by the country's twin goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy, deeply integrating the ESG concept into the company's development genes, and demonstrating the responsibility of a leading company in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry.

In 2024, the scale of China's TIC industry will reach a new high. TIC also took advantage of the trend and achieved operating income of RMB6.084 billion, a YOY increase of 8.55%. We have been working hard in traditional business areas, actively promoting digital transformation, building intelligent testing platforms, and using the power of big data to accurately lay out strategic tracks and continuously improve service efficiency.

Green Operations, Responsible Commitment

We publish White Paper on Carbon Neutrality and Climate Change Response Report, clarify carbon reduction targets, and reduce energy consumption and emissions by optimizing energy structure, etc., to help achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. We actively develop green testing and certification services to help customers achieve green transformation. We pay attention to employee growth, provide rich training and broad promotion opportunities, and create a positive corporate culture. We actively participate in public welfare activities, participate in environmental protection actions, help education, and contribute to social development.

Integrity in Business, Strengthened Governance

We always adhere to honest management, continuously improve the corporate governance structure, enhance the level of corporate governance, and provide solid guarantees for the company's sustainable development. We strictly abide by national laws and regulations and industry norms, adhere to compliant operations, and maintain market order. We renamed the Strategy and M&A Committee as the Strategy and Environmental, Social & Governance Committee, and integrated the ESG concept into corporate operations. In 2024, the Company did not have any major violations of laws and regulations.
